    Graeme started out in the property market as an apprentice joiner and went on to run a successful joinery business for some years, having his own properties he diversified into the property management and now forms part of a very successful team at Cruz.

      Gary is a qualified Structural Engineer and runs a successful consulting engineering practice so has over 20 years’ experience in the construction and property industry. Being a joint owner of rental properties with the other directors, has significant experience with the rental market and dealing with tenants. Since the company inception and setup in 2011 has continued to develop and expand his knowledge of property management and embraces the challenges of the ever changing rental market and legislations.

        Megan started with us in January 2012 and has become a vital part of our team. Having had previous experience in the property and legal markets, Megan deals with the financial aspects of the business including rent collections from the tenants and preparation of the financial statements for the Landlords.

          Maintenance Manager

          Carol started with us mid-2014, as our company was growing there was a need to have a dedicated team member dealing with the daily maintenance issues. Carol liaises with the tenants, landlords and contractors to get maintenance issues dealt with as efficiently and as cost effectively as possible. Carol also ensures that all safety certificates and checks are up to date on the properties, as well as preparing our Landlords in advance for any changes in legislation that may affect their rental properties.

            Receptionist/Property Assistant

            Margaret started with us in January 2015 and works at our front of house reception desk. Her warm and friendly personality makes her the perfect meet and greeter for all tenants, landlords and contractors that come into our office. Margaret liaises with all tenants and landlords to arrange viewings, inspections, check-ins and checkouts and provides a high standard of customer service to assist with all property queries by face, phone or email.
